Hello, my name is Kirsty, and I started Bizzy Bee Cleans in 2023 with a dream of creating and owning an eco friendly cleaning company. Not only does it give me great joy to give people back time in their lives, but with this business I am able to provide a service with a goal in mind of educating and providing a clean in a way that doesn't harm a persons home or their health. Here at Bizzy Bee Cleans we advocate to eliminate toxic chemicals in clients homes and allow ourselves, our families, and pets to eliminate the risk of possible over exposure to harmful cleaning products.

We are exposed to so much around us with VOC's (volatile organic compounds) in our furniture, mattresses, paint, etc, as well as fragrances, and also the air we take in. If Bizzy Bee Cleans can make a small impact in a persons life by not adding in any additional chemicals in a home, I'd like to call that a win!

Not only is it important to us to not add in any additional chemicals in the home, it's also equally as important to have high expectations of myself as the owner and my staff to provide a service and clean that will have you raving about Bizzy Bee Cleans!

What cleaning products do you use?

We use Branch Basics! We are very excited to share this wonderful green product in your home. It is scent free, non toxic, not tested on animals, and is plant and mineral based. We also use vinegar, baking soda, Method polishing products, Young Living products, and Force Of Nature as our disinfectant. We are always continuing to learn and strive to provide the most effective products while we continue to offer non toxic and chemical free service.

Will my first clean take longer than my reoccurring visit?

Plain and simple, yes. Your first will take longer than your reoccurring cleans. The reason for this is the initial clean is more detailed and designed to bring your home or space up to a professional level of clean. Your reoccurring cleans will offer the same level of professional clean however, the deep clean spaces will only need a light touch up.

How will I know what was cleaned by Bizzy Bee Cleans?

We will provide each client with a checklist showing what our deep cleans include and our reoccurring cleans. We will mark off what was completed at the time of your clean. This allows the client to assess the job that was done. We hold our standard high and want to provide the best cleaning service that we can offer. If you are unsatisfied with your clean we do offer a 24 hour guarantee that provides the client with a free touch up on specific area that was not up to our standard of clean.

Do I need to be home for my residential clean?

This is completely up to you at your discretion. Many clients provide us with keys or a door code if they will be gone for their clean. We pride ourselves in a high level of trust with each client. We understand the importance of taking care of a home as if it we’re our own, and continue to uphold our level of professionalism.
